Basic helpdesk support (telephone and email) is available in TRESU’s opening hours.

HELPDESK 24/7 SUPPORT:

Hotline support (telephone) outside normal opening hours is available in case of unexpected downtime or breakdowns.


Experienced and skilled TRESU service engineers can access the TRESU equipment remotely in troubleshooting scenarios enabling operators to solve issues fast and efficiently. To be able to provide efficient and qualified support, it is mandatory to have trained personnel when contacting the TRESU helpdesk.
