TRESU Helpdesk supports customers worldwide with fast and reliable assistance. Our service engineers can access TRESU equipment remotely to troubleshoot issues efficiently, helping operators reduce downtime and keep production running.

Helpdesk - BasiC-SupPort:

Basic helpdesk support (telephone and email) is available in TRESU’s opening hours.

HELPDESK 24/7 SUPPORT:

Hotline support (telephone) outside normal opening hours is available in case of unexpected downtime or breakdowns.


To be able to provide efficient and qualified support, it is mandatory to have trained personnel when contacting the TRESU helpdesk.

RemoteEye: TRESUs eyes onsite


In cases where TRESU service engineers need 'eyes onsite' we are able to connect via RemoteEye.

This tool includes:

  • Live video guidance from our technicians

  • Step-by-step instructions based on what you see

  • Ability to share documents, take photos, record video

  • Clear communication — even across languages with the help of Live Translation

We can connect with tablets, smart phones or smart glasses.
