TRESU Solutions offers complete flexo printing machines as well as unique units for very precise flexo and gravure printing specifications. The scope of our projects is wide in terms of size and end-use application, ranging from inte-
grating printing or coating units onto existing machines, in order to add special features inline, to building complete multi-station printing and converting lines.
Over the years, TRESU Solutions has supplied a wide variety of products to large clients and Original Equipment Manufacturers. Our solutions include integrated coating units to apply colour, varnish, scent or glue, single or multiple narrow-web printing units for nonwoven, tissue or film - specifically for the hygiene industry – or complete multi-station printing and converting lines for various purposes, i.e. print on lottery stamps, plastic bags, paper packaging, wall paper.
Besides flexo printing machines, TRESU Solutions offers multi-process, single-pass printing and converting lines especially for folding carton board, liquid packaging, paper and preprint, beverage and lottery. We have Integrated the latest in flexo and gravure printing technology with special configurated printing, converting and finishing systems from leading value-chain partners. This means almost all packaging products can be completed in one single pass.
Starting from scratch, we work in close partnership with customers to develop and inspire brand new possibilities and creative product packaging in all categories. New ways of thinking, innovative design and strong research and development are at the centre of TRESU Solutions. The Flexo Innovator is a mid-web flexo printing and finishing concept offering a modular platform, relatively low tooling costs and fast change-over times. Available as roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet or roll-to-die cutting line, Flexo Innovator offers the option to include a multitude of possible technologies, such as die-cutting, laminating, embossing, rotary screen, rotogravure and cutting.
