TRESU agitators are indispensable tools in the flexo printing industry, given their ability to handle micro foaming, maintain product uniformity, and are a critical part of securing the quality of a printing process.
Applications
All applications where micro-foam occurs would benefit from adding an agitator, but mainly when printing water-based color, coating or adhesive or for mixing other substrates that tend to sediment.
Pneumatic agitators harness compressed air to generate motion, making them appropriate for use in environments where safety or cleanliness are paramount. However, agitators can not be used for packaging for the food industry, since the oil to lubricate the motor is not food approved.
Electric agitators rely on electric motors to power their movement and are typically more energy-efficient and versatile in terms of speed and torque control.
