The TRESU stack printing machine for the envelope and bag converting industry is designed to full-fill the increasing demands from the flexo printing customers. The durable design of the machines allows relatively high printing speeds with a tight register between colors and between the print and converting machine.

The concept is well proven and based on years of experience and know-how offering very good ergonomic working conditions. The solid design of the units makes them suitable for both process and full face printing at high speeds.

Our units are designed in modules, which can be combined in different ways to meet our customer’s requests in a very flexible way. The machines can typically have 4-8 printing units printing on the outside of the envelope and 1-2 printing units for the inside print of the envelope.

These solutions are possible thanks to different ways to thread the web in the machines. 

The compact design allows the machine to have an optimum end-drying system both for print outside and inside of the envelopes, which becomes increasingly important during high printing speeds.
