The TRESU Service Team is happy to be at your assistance with technical information or to help you with any request for consumables or spare parts. The Service Team is directly connected to our worldwide Engineering Group that will help you with information and recommendations for special requests.
As we know the importance of the availability of your press 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we have of course a large stock of spare parts and consumables available.

Installation with qualified technicians

All TRESU Service technicians are factory trained and have a background with many years in the printing industry. As a part of the TRESU policy all our technicians are frequently participating in product training and knowledge sharing sessions to ensure that the high uniform knowledge level is kept. As part of the installation our technicians will train the operators and follow the production for at least one day to ensure that the printers become confident with the function of all parts and the equipment.

The TRESU products are developed to the highest performance and reliability to ensure a long lasting service in the printing shop with a minimum of down time and maintenance.
