TRESU Horizontal and Vertical Inline Printing/Coating Units
Description: The printing machine is an TRESU OEM-machine that is used together with a Drent-Goebel VSOP 850-1250 machine. The TRESU Inline Printing and Coating Unit makes it possible to chance the Offset-Printing Machine into a Flexo Printing Machine, because of the built-in Flexo Unit. The coating unit is equipped with an IDP (Ink Deck Positioning) system to achieve a simple and fast setting of the coating unit. This system enables a fast and precise roller positioning after a sleeve chance and contributes to a considerable reduction of the additional adjustments of the print image and avoids unnecessary waste when changing the jobs. The IDP system which controls the movements of the anilox and plate roller is driven by servo motors.
