Working at TRESU

Our staff is our most important resource. The typical TRESU employee is goal-directed, involved, creative, and always ready to break new ground.
In return, we offer an informal, international working environment, where personal and professional development is a priority. We put emphasis on mutual trust, team work and commitment.


Our production department has in average 20 apprentices, meaning that we educate app. 5-8 apprentices per year. These are split between industrial technicians, locksmiths and industrial electricians In addition to this, we often have design technicians and mechanical engineers doing traineeship at TRESU.  Exchange programs at our daughter companies is also a possibility.
To ensure an optimal handling of our advanced equipment, our staff receive relevant training and education on a regular basis.
